Typhoon Storm Cloud Wall Base

An advancing typhoon is compressed into a single asymmetric arc: stacked cumulus billows sweep in from the rear and both sides, leaving a flat open pad at the front center for the figure. Pidgeot stands right in the opening, caught in the last moment before the eye closes in, and the base on its own still forms a complete wall of storm cloud.

The base coat is white spray paint, with grey dabbed on in patches to build up the churning layers of storm cloud, keeping the cyclone's direction still clear against the muted palette.
