Ocean Cross-Section Double Tier Base

A display base that slices the ocean into two levels: the upper tier is one thick rolling water sheet with a curled rim of white foam, pouring down through two water columns that hold up a wide open span. Below it the reef seabed stays fully visible, so a single base carries both an above-water and an underwater scene.

The paint job runs two deliberate palettes. The water is a bright teal basecoat drybrushed with white foam and flow lines to sell the direction of the falling water, while the seabed drops to greyscale rock accented only by magenta, purple and green coral and sea grass, keeping the centre clear as a standing zone. Mantine glides across the surface with Remoraid in tow while Swampert looks back from the rocks below — two scenes, one stretch of sea.
